Pricing questions

What counts as a "delivered" order?

An order the courier has handed to the customer and that is not reversed inside the return window.

Why do the Starter and Growth tiers have a consultation fee?

The audit, competitor analysis and 90-day plan take real work before any ad spend goes out.

What qualifies me as a Starter?

Your inventory is ready to ship in 48–72 hours and your current revenue sits below €3,000.

Do I move between tiers automatically?

Yes. Once your trailing 30-day revenue crosses €3,000 or €10,000, you move to the next tier at the start of the following month.

What about ad budget — is that extra?

Yes, ad spend goes directly from you to Meta, Google, TikTok, etc. We take 0% commission on that spend.

Is there a lock-in?

No. You can leave any month. The consultation fee is non-refundable because the audit and plan are yours to keep.
